First, RGB three light source intelligent selection

Built-in red, green and blue independent LED light source, the system automatically selects the best LED combination according to the surface characteristics of the measured object (such as reflectivity, material), to ensure the consistency of the detection of dark-colored materials, highly reflective surface.

Second, adjustable return difference to inhibit jitter interference

supports manual adjustment of the detection return difference (0.1-10mm), effectively eliminating conveyor vibration or material displacement caused by signal fluctuations, to enhance the stability of high-speed assembly line.

Third, 1.5 × 7mm narrow rectangular spot

in the standard detection distance of 23mm projected focused rectangular spot, accurate coverage of narrow color markers (such as cable color ring, micro-component marking), to avoid background false triggering.

Fourth, the color scale + color dual-mode simultaneous detection

industry-unique dual-mode function:

Color code mode: high-speed capture of the position of the printed mark (such as packaging film alignment)

Color mode: accurately identify the object color
