High-precision digital display typeLaser displacement distance sensor is designed to provide highly accurate and reliable measurements in various industrial applications. Its 35mm center distance enables it to precisely measure within a range of ±15mm, ensuring accurate detection of displacement. The high precision linearity of ± 0.1%F.S. and a repeatability of 6μm make it suitable for applications where minute changes need to be detected accurately.

With NPN/PNP control outputs, it can interface easily with different control systems, and the 24VDC supply voltage ensures stable operation. The Laser Displacement Measurement Sensor sampling period of 500 μs and averaging of 64 contribute to stable measurements, as demonstrated during tests on white ceramic objects at the center of its measuring range.

For output flexibility, Laser Displacement Measurement Sensor offers both analog voltage (0 - 10V, 100Ω impedance) and analog current (4 - 20mA, with a maximum load resistance of 300Ω) outputs. The IP67 protection rating safeguards the sensor against dust and water ingress, allowing it to function reliably in harsh industrial environments. Additionally, its wide operating temperature and humidity range from -10 to 50⁰C and 35% to 85% RH respectively, without the risk of freezing or condensation, further expands its applicability across diverse industrial settings.
