What is a transport robot?
A transfer robot is a type of robot that can autonomously handle and transport goods, with functions such as intelligent navigation, item recognition, and autonomous obstacle avoidance. The system architecture of the Fuwei intelligent transport robot usually includes the following parts:
Motion control system: This is the core part of the transport robot, responsible for the robot's motion planning and control. It receives data from the perception system, plans the robot's motion trajectory based on task requirements and environmental information, and outputs control instructions to enable the robot to autonomously navigate and transport goods.
Perception system: The perception system is an important component of the transport robot. The Fuwei intelligent transport robot adopts trackless laser SLAM navigation technology, which can accurately obtain information about the surrounding environment and the position, posture, and other information of the goods, providing sufficient information for the robot to make decisions and plans.
Control system: The control system is responsible for receiving data from the perception system, controlling the movement and operation of the robot based on task requirements and environmental information. The integrated AMR control system of Fuwei Intelligent can control mobile robots and achieve integration with production line equipment. All modules are quickly deployed through low code process construction and configuration mode.
Interactive system: The interactive system is the human-machine interaction part of the transport robot, which is responsible for receiving instructions and information from the operator and transmitting them to the control system and perception system.
Power system: The power system is the energy supply part of the AMR handling robot, responsible for providing power to the robot and ensuring its normal operation. The Fuwei intelligent transport robot has automatic charging function, which can achieve 24-hour uninterrupted operation of the robot and improve production efficiency.
